Otters spawn in a wide-ranging area of the Center map of Ark Survival Evolved. Unfortunately, these areas are very dangerous for both you and the otters. On the Center it can be difficult to find otters because you have to look for them over a large geographic area, and because they are so small compared to most other creatures in the game.
